Dylanvir · Your information

Privacy policy

This policy describes how Dylanvir handles information when you use our website, account and connected games, including Bhabi, Trivia and Flag Guess. What we receive depends on the features you use.

For privacy questions or requests, email Contact support. You can contact us without signing in.

Accounts and sign-in

We store your account identifier, email, username and profile details you choose to provide. A phone number is optional where offered; enabled phone verification features may send a code to the number you provide. Our account service handles password authentication. If you choose Google or Microsoft sign-in, that provider supplies the identity information needed to sign you in; we do not receive your password for that provider.

We use this information to authenticate you, maintain your account, connect your purchases and saves, and respond to requests. Account confirmation, password recovery, purchase confirmation and requested support messages are service communications. We do not use your name, email, phone number or activity for promotional messages, advertising or audience targeting.

Play, saves and things you submit

Connected games can store account-linked saves, scores, rounds played, achievements, experience, daily objectives, settings and cosmetic choices. Signed-in play can also record the game played, session activity and playtime. We use these records to operate game features, preserve progress and understand use of the games.

If you submit a suggestion, claim, discussion post or support request, we receive its contents and the account or contact information you provide. If you upload a file or photo through an enabled feature, we receive that submission and its accompanying details. Access to receipts and other workspace records depends on that feature’s permissions. Only send information needed for that feature or request.

Purchases

Website checkout is handled by Stripe. We receive purchase and access records, such as the item, payment status, transaction reference and receipt contact information. The receipt email can differ from the email used to sign into the game. Card details are entered with the payment provider, not in a Dylanvir game form. We use purchase records to provide access, reconcile payments, send confirmations and resolve purchase questions.

Apple handles payments for App Store downloads and any in-app purchases offered by an app. The submitted versions of Bhabi, Trivia and Flag Guess include the full current game in the paid download, with no additional full-game in-app purchase or subscription. Paid app downloads are associated with the purchasing Apple account. We do not receive your payment-card details from Apple. Apple purchases are separate from website purchases and are not copied into your Dylanvir website purchase history.

On your device

The website and games use browser storage for sign-in sessions, preferences, local progress and recovery copies. Some browser games cache files for loading and offline use. Signing out does not necessarily remove every local save or recovery copy. Clearing site data can remove progress that has not reached your account; contact support before clearing it if a save is unconfirmed.

Visibility and service providers

Dylanvir ID friend connections are optional. We store invite codes, their expiry, connection requests and acceptance, and your sharing choices. Invites expire after seven days and can be replaced or turned off. Requests show your username to the other player; sharing a code alone does not accept a connection. Public ranking and friend-result sharing start off and have separate controls in your account. When a supported ranking opens, opting in shares your username and verified results with the chosen audience. You can remove a connection or stop sharing in your account. Account deletion removes these connections, preferences, invites and verified results.

A leaderboard entry can show your username and score. Public discussion posts show the name and text you submit, and online play shares the game information needed by other players. Avoid putting private contact details in public names or posts. Account saves and purchase records are used for your account and support, not displayed as public discussion posts.

We use Supabase for account and game data, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for website payments, Apple for App Store distribution and payments, and Resend for website purchase email. Our support inbox uses Gmail. Flag Guess loads flag images from FlagCDN. Sign-in providers also process information when you choose their sign-in option. These services receive the information needed for their role. Hosting and security services may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser information and error logs, to deliver and protect the service.

Your choices and requests

You can edit available profile fields in your account. To delete your account, open the Delete account section there and confirm the request. For access to or correction of account information, email the address above. Include your Dylanvir username and the request; never send a password, sign-in code or full payment-card number. We may need to verify that the account is yours before acting.

Deletion removes your login, personal profile, game progress, personal posts and uploaded work photos. Shared business and league records lose their account identity; purchase references and receipt images needed for accounting and refunds are retained without the Dylanvir account link. If uploaded files or an organization-managed identity need review, the account page records the request and explains that deletion has not finished. A request reference is not confirmation that an account was deleted. Account information is kept to provide the service and manage your relationship with us. Transaction, security and backup records may need to remain after an account closes for recordkeeping, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Ask us about the records and retention relevant to your request. Removing browser data alone does not delete your account or its server records.

If you believe a child has supplied personal information that should be removed, contact us so we can review it. We update this page when these practices change. For help with an account, purchase or save, visit Help & support.
