Install an iPhone app
See the app availability and installation guide for current beta access, step-by-step TestFlight instructions and public download links when available. A Dylanvir account does not automatically grant beta access.
Download an Apple purchase again
The submitted App Store versions of Bhabi, Trivia and Flag Guess are paid downloads that include the full current game. Once released and purchased, download the app again through the App Store using the same Apple account. These versions do not require an in-game Restore Purchases step. Apple purchases are separate from website purchases and do not appear in your Dylanvir website purchase history. If access is missing, contact us before buying again. TestFlight access does not purchase the released app.
Writing and number practice
A Little Space to Write and Number Practice keep your practice on your device. If writing or answers appear to be missing, keep the app installed and contact us before clearing its data. A Dylanvir website sign-in does not restore these local pages. Apple’s system backups may include them, depending on your device settings.
In writing version 1.1, optional lettering collections use your Apple account. Open Lettering collections and choose Restore purchases with the Apple account used for the purchase. This restores collection access; it does not restore or sync your notebooks. If a collection is still missing, contact us before buying again.
For help, include the app name, version or beta build, device model, and what happened. Send a screenshot only if you are comfortable sharing its contents. Never send passwords or verification codes. The learning-app privacy page explains local storage, optional purchases and reading imports in compatible versions. Website-to-iPad reading transfers are not yet available to customers.
Restore a website purchase
Use the same Dylanvir account that was signed in when you bought it. Your receipt address, including one supplied by a wallet at checkout, can be different from your game login. Creating another account with the receipt address does not move a purchase to it.
If the game offers a restore control, use it while signed into that account. If access is still missing, contact us before buying again. Include the game, your Dylanvir username and the receipt or order reference. Do not send your full card details. For a refund or billing question, tell us which checkout provider appears on the receipt; the applicable process depends on where the purchase was made.
A save is missing or unconfirmed
Keep the original game tab open. Avoid refreshing, clearing site data, uninstalling or starting another round while unsaved progress is at risk. Reconnect and use the game’s retry control if one is shown.
Send the game name, username, device and browser, what the save indicator says, and a screenshot if helpful. Hide private details before sending it. A new tab in the same browser can share local progress; it does not by itself establish that a cloud restore worked. Daily objectives can change with the date even when lifetime progress is intact.
Sign-in and confirmation links
Open your account to sign in or use password recovery. An expired or used confirmation link can be replaced from the confirmation page. Check your spam folder if a message does not appear. A request being accepted does not confirm delivery to your inbox.
Privacy or account deletion
Use Contact support with your username and what you want to access, correct or delete. We may need to verify ownership before changing an account. Never send passwords, verification codes or sign-in links. The privacy policy explains the information involved and retention considerations.
Bug reports and feedback
Tell us which screen you were on, what you expected and what happened. Include the app version if shown. For unfinished beta features, please identify the beta build too; a website feature is not necessarily available in every app build.
